Alutis Raila winner of the first CAI in Latvia

The Lithuanian driver Alutis Raila is the winner of the first ever international driving event CAI1*-H1 in Kekava, Latvia.

The one-day competition existed of a combined marathon with two marathon obstacles + 12 cones and was organized by the Latvian Equestrian Federation.

Raila was the fastest with his 9-year-old Lithuanian riding horse Winetu. Latvian driver Andis Pavlovskis finished second driving the 10-year-old KWPN gelding Zarien N (v. Osmium). His daughter Anda Pavlovska came third with the 8-year-old Latvian gelding Kristals B.
A total of 13 drivers competed in Kekava. They were judged by Stefan Keszycki (POL) and Karlis Neilands (LAT). Marek Zaleski (POL) was the Technical Delegate.

The next show in Kekava will take place on Sunday.
