Windsor: Chardon jr. wins

Sunday 13 May 2012

Bram Chardon has won the Pony Fours Class this morning at the Royal Windsor Horse Show! Bram was the only one who drove a double clear round. His compatriot and winner at Windsor last year Jan de Boer came second, ahead of Germany's Dieter Höfs.

The difference between Jan de Boer and Bram Chardon was less than a ball before the start of the cones competition, which took place under sunny circumstances. Bram did however get some more air when Jan knocked three balls down and also had some time penalties.

Belgian lady driver Tinne Bax drove a clear round, but finished a split second too late and came second in the cones. Bax climbed to the fourth place in the overall standings. Dieter Höfs from Germany managed to keep his third place in the overall standings.
