Horst: IJsbrand Chardon takes the lead after dressage

The sun shone on the beautiful dressage rings in Horst aan de Maas today as the balance of the pair horses as well as all of the other divisions drove their dressage tests. The leaderboard in the pair horses remained unchanged as Marco Freund kept his lead.  Ijsbrand Chardon clinched the lead in the four-in-hand horses.

Chardon was the last to start, and drove an impressive test pushing his way into the lead with 36,99 points. This was the first show where Chardon used his new horse Eddy as the right wheeler. "It is a dream to drive this team. They have so much suppleness and spring, the extenstions went very well.  My goal for this show was the dressage, so we will see how the cones goes tomorrow." Felix-Marie Brasseur (BEL) also had a new team with which he was third behind Australian Boyd Exell.
