Michael Brauchle dispenses World Cup participation

Reigning European Champion Michael Brauchle from Germany gives priority to his education and his job this winter and will therefore not compete in the FEI World Cup™ Driving season 2016/2017.

Brauchle is in the middle of his training to become a farrier and has to set his priorities. The 2015 German Champion finished 6th on the FEI World Rankings and was the best German driver ahead of Georg von Stein and Christoph Sandmann, who will now have to defend the German colours.
Brauchle may receive a wild card so the spectators may get a chance to see him in action this indoor season.
