Presentatiejury Kentucky bekend
Tijdens de Wereldruiterspelen in Kentucky kunnen de vierspanrijders meedoen aan de presentatiewedstrijd op woensdag 6 oktober na de veterinaire keuring. De jury voor dit niet-officiële onderdeel van het Wereldkampioenschap bestaat uit George Bowman uit Groot Brittannië, Jack Pemberton uit Canada en Steve Holm uit de Verenigde Staten van Amerika.
As the name implies, each participant stands for several minutes at each judging station, while the judges scrutinize the cleanliness, appropriateness, and traditional nature of the horses, harness, and vehicle.
The judges for this optional Presentation competition are George Bowman (GBR), Steve Holm (USA), and Jack Pemberton (CAN).
The Carriage Association of America (CAA) is pleased to sponsor the Presentation competition and, through the generosity of Friends of the CAA, to offer generous cash prizes and ribbons up to tenth place. The winner of the Presentation competition will also receive a beautiful four-in-hand holly whip, which has been generously donated by Fleck Whips of Germany and is presented by Driving Essentials.
James Fairclough won the presentation at the World Championships in Beesd 2008.
With a general-admission Grounds Pass, spectators are welcome to enjoy the Presentation competition at 2:00 p.m., and the first horse inspection for Driving (at 10:00 a.m.), both on Wednesday, October 6.
Voor dit onderdeel moet de aanspanning er spik en span uitzien. Rijtuig, tuigen, paarden, koetsier en grooms, er mag geen stofje op zitten en alles moet perfect passen en gepoetst zijn. Het vooraanstaande jurycorps controleert alles minutieus terwijl de aanspanning stil staat.
De presentatiewedstrijd wordt gesponsord door de Carriage Association of America. De winnaars ontvangen geldprijzen en linten en de mooiste aanspanning ontvangt bovendien een prachtige vierspanweep, ter beschikking gesteld door Fleck zwepen uit Duitsland. De prijs wordt uitgereikt door Driving Essentials.

De presentatie wordt gehouden in het menstadion op woensdag 6 oktober om 14.00 uur. De veterinaire keuring vindt ’s morgens om 10.00 uur plaats.
