Sixth FEI World Cup Driving in Mechelen

The sixth leg of the FEI World Cup Driving season 2008/2009 will start on Monday 29 December in Mechelen, Belgium. The warm up competition is scheduled for 16.15 hrs. The World Cup competition takes place on Tuesday 30 December at 15.45 hrs.


The wild cards are allocated to multiple Belgian Champion and medal winner Gert Schrijvers and Aachen marathon winner Michael Brauchle from Germany. They will compete in the Nekkerhal against Dutch drivers IJsbrand Chardon and Koos de Ronde, Sweden’s Tomas Eriksson and Fredrik Persson and Christoph Sandmann from Germany.

Course designer is Germany’s Falk Böhnisch, the Ground Jury exists of Gé König from the Netherlands and Bert Jambon from Belgium.
