Breda: Provisional lead for Christof Weihe

Twelve of the thirty-one pony pair drivers entered the dressage arena late this afternoon for their test. Germany's Christof Weihe put down a decent performance and has taken the overnight lead in the pairs class. Italy's Johann Weitlaner drove his pair of Haflinger ponies to the second place, followed by young home driver Rodinde Rutjens.

The remaining 19 pony pair drivers will drive their test on Friday, followed by the pony team competitors.

The nations competition is led by Germany, closely followed by Great Britain and the Netherlands.
