Daniel Schneiders competes for Austria

German international four-in-hand driver Daniel Schneiders will compete for Austria from 2018 onwards. Daniel received the Austrian citizenship this week, supported by the Austrian Equestrian Federation.

In 2009, Daniel Schneiders won individual gold at the World Championships for pony pairs in Greven-Bocholt. Two years later he won individual bronze at the World Championships in Lipica in the pony teams class. The year after he switched to the horse teams class in which he was very successful. He won bronze at the German Championships in 2013 and finished in second place at the FEI World Cup™ Driving Final in Bordeaux 2014. Daniel achieved many top placings at major international driving events like Fabiansebestyen and Saumur.

During the European Championships in Gothenburg 2017 Daniel helped the Austrian four-in-hand driver Andreas Ruschitzka.
