European Championships ultimate test for teams heading to World Championships Limburg 2020

The European Championships will take place this year in Donaueschingen, Germany from 15-18 August. For the team drivers, this will be the ultimate test leading up to the World Championships Limburg 2020 in Kronenberg, the Netherlands.

Over 40 four-in-hand drivers from all over Europe will be competing against each other over three days for a coveted place on the podium. The defending European champion is World Championship Limburg 2020 ambassador IJsbrand Chardon: “I have been busy with preparations for the World Championships since the beginning of the season this year at the international competition in Kronenberg. I have two new horses in my team and they are performing above expectations. This is my strongest team at this moment, and I am so happy that I made the decision to stick with these horses, I have complete confidence in them. The European Championships in Donaueschingen will be an interesting competition and the Dutch drivers have an excellent chance at both individual and team medals. We continue to have our eye on the World Championships next year, and we are going to be ready!”

The World Championships Limburg 2020 will be held 2-6 September on the grounds of Grandorse in Kronenberg, the Netherlands.
