Olympia – second wild card goes to Boyd Exell

After it was announced last weekend that British four-in-hand driver Dan Naprous earned the first wild card for the World Cup at London Olympia, it was announced this week that the second wild card has been awarded to reigning World Cup and World Champion Boyd Exell.


Exell and Naprous will compete December 18,19 and 20 against a strong group of competitors.  Bronze medal winner, Theo Timmerman, and his golden team mates IJsbrand Chardon and Koos de Ronde, along with Swedens Fredrik Persson and Belgiums Glenn Geerts.

The competition in London will begin Thursday the 18th with a warming up round, which will not count towards the world cup. The results from this competition will determine the starting order of the first official competition which will take place on Friday at 3:15pm. The World Cup points will be awarded on Saturday December 20th at 6:15pm.
