Tamás Tóth no longer Chef d’équipe of Hungarian pair- and four-in-hand drivers

Tamás Tóth resigned from his position of Chef d'équipe of the successful Hungarian pair and four-in-hand drivers. In the past years, his drivers won a great amount of individual and team medals.

His latest success with the Hungarian drivers was at the FEI World Pair Driving Championships in Lipica last week, where Martin Hölle took home the individual gold medal and the Hungarian team with Martin Hölle, Vilmos Lázár and Zoltán Lázár won gold as well.

Tamás Tóth does not understand some decisions made by officials in the past years and does not agree with the FEI regulations, which caused the elimination of Zoltán Lázár in Lipica. He feels he can no longer represent the interests of the Hungarian drivers who compete under the current FEI rules. He believes that there will not be any changes in the near future, which made him decide to step down from his function with immediate effect.
