Finnish Driving Team seeks trainer

Driving Team Finland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join their dynamic and competitive team. As an integral part of our mission to excel in the world of driving sports, we are looking for a passionate individual who can elevate our athletes to new levels of success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for individual drivers and the team as a whole.
* Provide guidance and instruction to drivers during training sessions in Finland, 4-6 weekends from December to May. international championship events, 1-2 weeks during competition season.
* Evaluate drivers’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
* Collaborate with team management to set performance goals and strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in training techniques and equipment.
* Assist in the selection and evaluation of drivers and horses for the team.
* Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Trainer
* Extensive knowledge of driving techniques, principles, and rules.
* Exceptional driving and training skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to the well-being and welfare of the horses.
* Fluency in English or Finnish is required.
