Pair and four-in-hand driver Mike McLennan passed away

US international pair and four-in-hand driver Mike McLennan passed away on 18 April, age 69. The driver from Brenham, Texas suffered from pancreas cancer.

Mike represented the USA at the World Pair Driving Championships in 2003 in Jardy and 2005 in Wals-Siezenheim. Mike was known for the fact that when driving a pair in the marathon, he drove with his reins crossed (left rein in the right hand and vice versa).
In 2010, Mike competed as an individual in the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.

Our sincere thoughts are with his wife Jerry.
