Pau 2019: Franz Schiltz in the provisional lead

At the end of the first dressage day at the CAIO4* competition for Horse Singles in Pau, Luxemburg carriage driver Franz Schiltz has taken the lead in the provisional ranking, driving his 7-year-old San Remo Royal. The winner of the CAI Alixan is just ahead of Dutch driver Saskia Siebers, who is the current Vice World Champion. Saskia is competing with the horse of her partner in order to spare her World Champion horse Axel for next season's World Championships. Third place went to Spanish driver Ana Muñoz Fernandez.
