Additional drivers allowed at World Championships Kronenberg

The OC of the World Championships for Horse Singles & Para Driving has decided to open the entries for Additional Individual entries for NFs that already have a Team entered on the Nominated list. The Dutch delegation will exist of 8 single drivers and 6 para drivers. Foreign federations can send up to 5 singles and 5 para drivers.

It is to be expected, that Kronenberg is heading towards a record number of competitors. The estimated number of drivers who will start from 28th August to 2nd September at the site of Grandorse, will be close to 110 competitors. The goal of the World Championships is to allow as many drivers to compete as possible. The organizors are able to accommodate this number of competitors on the grounds and in the program without making any compromises to the competition itself.

It is for the first time in the history of the driving sport that the Netherlands is hosting a World Single Driving Championship and the combination with a World Championship for Para Driving is unique as well.

Competitors from over 24 nations have entered for this fantastic event. The definite entry date is 9th August, after which the competitors’ lists will be made public.
